Well for starters the November weather didn’t disappoint. Legs 3,4,5 and half of 6 got the rain. Lucky us.
First the only PRR member on a non PRR team - Ellie. 1:02:43 on Leg 3 - and 54:11 on Leg 7 according to the official results. Misprint? or did she actually run the two hardest legs. Wouldn’t put it past her. Ellie’s team - the VFAC John’s Angels won the women’s open division and placed 9th overall. (Note: See Ellie’s comment for clarification.)

November 9th, 2008 at 3:21 pm Hey Nicki Thanks for the mention. the plan until Thurs had been that I run legs 3 and 7 but then we got an 8th runner so I can only take credit for leg 3, and good thing we got our leg 7 runner as she got us into our first place spot over the Hershey Harriers which we managed to hold til the end. PS - all of you who went into the change room early missed Bill, Jess, John and I on the rope over the pool - almost as good as the waterslide!
