April 4 - Birch Bay International Road Race
Great weather although damned cold to start. 20 PRR runners*. 2 overall winners! 16 age category prizes! - 7 Firsts. 3 Seconds. 6 Thirds. An embarrassment of riches.
*Plus 2 “friends of PRR” Dave and Sam who both placed. Nice!

April 17th, 2009 at 12:30 pm The Birch Bay website has been updated to indicate that Ellie is now the 30 km women’s record holder. Beat the old record by 4 minutes. Well done Ellie.
